We want you to love your Hydro Flask gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
